Result from promote learning about reserving energy project can manage total 24 activity more over than set plan 9 activity, so activity that effect to promoting cooperate 10 activity. Activity that effect to growing consciousness 10 activity and building knowledge 15 activity attention to activity about 220,000 people and research about an opinion in construction of saving energy of KULC apply to usage. Testing knowledge in saving energy of student and personnel and testing success in save energy of project 10 (Zoning).

Construction for reserving energy of Kasetsart University Library Center

  1. Installing cellulose insulation thickening 2 digit Detail of project Installing cellulose insulation thickening 2 digit under roof of Chuangkasetsillapakan Building around metal sheets and concrete slab for reduce heating that come from roof of buildind and cellulose insulation can reduce reflex sound from raining on roof.

  2. Reduce leakage of cool air from building Detail of project Installing aluminum curve moving window in place of wood window for reduce leakage of cool air via bent wood window that can’t close window properly. Not only users can see and knowing importance of reserving energy but also it reduce polluted from dust.

  3. Reduce leakage of cool air at the door by installs air curtain Detail of project Installing air curtain about 6 unit around entrance door of Thepratvittayachot Building in front of lift total 3 floor for reduce leakage of cool air to area in front of lift which don’t have air condition. Not only users have consciousness and knowledge of using air curtain for reserving energy but also it reduce polluted from dust.



  4. Use ozone cleans engine coolant system  Detail of project Installing water treatment system with ozone connected to engine coolant system of chiller water machine of Chuangkasetsillapakan Building. Ozone is oxidizing bioside that can kill bacteria, virus and algae than using chemical products, increase efficiency of air condition, reduce using chemical water and reduce monitoring system. Otherwise ozone technology has  any use but this technology just new then it need proving in potential and limited factor of this technology.

  5. Installing VSD and cooling pump pressure control instrument and heating ventilation water pump of cooling water machine Detail of project Installing VSD and cooling pump pressure control instrument and heating ventilation water pump of chiller water machine by install VSD size 15 kW amount 2 set and VSD size 11 kW amount 2 set. Installing VSD for modulate velocity of water pump motor replace to flow rate valve.

  6. Installing cooling pump pressure control instrument of cooling water machine Detail of project Installing measuring pressure meter and cooling pump pressure control instrument amount 3 set of cooling water machine for control velocity of cooling pump of chiller water machine in Thepratvittayachot Building which install VSD already for modulate velocity of water pump motor replace to

  7.  Installing high efficiency heating ventilation system at air cool chiller Detail of project Installing Evaporative Cooling 6 set at air cool chiller of Thepratvittayachot Building. Estimate that will reduce temperature of air cool chiller more than 5 oC in normal condition(humidity less than 75% RH)which increase efficiency of air cool chiller. This technology is interested for reserving energy in air condition system.

  8.  Expanding area for center air conditioning system Detail of project Improving distributing cooling system of center cooling machine of Chuangkasetsillapakan Building more cover in every area for replacing separate air condition that less efficiency than it. This is a good example model in reserving energy from result found that it has continuous temperature and more cooling than ever.

  9.  Improving control switch AHU for reserving energy Detail of project Adding area for install control switch AHU amount of 12 set in Thepratvittayachot Building around room that over use. Before that it was installed only in AHU control room which can entrance only workman. For user can close and open switch and being cooperate in reserving energy.

  10. Improving zoning area for users Detail of project New design zoning area of Chuangkasetsillapakan Building by separate keeping area and reading area that frequency of using is less than normal from keeping area that using more over with positioning lambs are appropriate with using area (shelf or reading area) and install control switch or modulate automatic sensor input in each area. Not only reduce using lighting system but also reduce burden of librarian and accommodation in searching data for users.

  11. Use automatic control instrument for reduce using lighting bulb Detail of project Installing automatic control instrument for reduce using lighting bulb from outside building and moving detect meter for control close-open and reduce input of lighting system at 1st-4th floor of Thepratvittayachot Building. Not only reduce using electric in lighting system but also presentation knowledge of reserving energy technology.

  12. Installing pulling rope in lamp for office Detail of project Installing pulling rope in lamp for office both Thepratvittayachot Building and Chuangkasetsillapakan Building amount of 802 set for cooperation of user in reserving energy inside building by close that not need to use in your own responsibilities area. Lighting system at 1st-4th floor of Thepratvittayachot Building not only reduce using electric in lighting system but also presentation knowledge of reserving energy technology.

  13. Change bulb to saving energy bulb T5 Detail of project changing some fluorescence bulb to save energy bulb T5 28W (1,152 bulb) by change only lamb that high worth (2×36 Watt) and high duration.

  14. Change Halogen bulb to LED Detail of project Change Halogen bulb size 50 Watt in Thepratvittayachot Building to LED size 7 Watt amount 144 bulb by change only area that high usage (floor 1st-4th) for reduce using energy and present LED technology which new lighting technology that has high efficiency.

  15. Installing Energy Monitoring instrument for activity area Detail of project Installing Energy Monitoring for evaluate using energy, preparing in reserving energy activity that will be staring coming soon and for long period in reserving energy compose of installed power meter for system and main material with analyze program and note in both 2 building of KULC. Not only use for stimulate reserving energy continuously but also save paper for noting, reduce burden of observer system, and it can develop to BAS.

มาตรการปรับปรุงสวิตซ์ควบคุม AHU เพื่อการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน

ลักษณะการดำเนินงาน    ได้มีการปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมตำแหน่งติดตั้งสวิตซ์ควบคุม AHU จำนวน 12 ชุดในอาคารเทพรัตน์วิทยาโชต์ในบริเวณห้องที่มีการใช้งาน จากเดิมมีการติดตั้งไว้ในห้องเครื่อง AHU เท่านั้นซึ่งมีเพียงช่างประจำอาคาร 1-2 คนที่สามารถปิด-เปิดได้ เพื่อให้ผู้งานสามารถช่วยปิด-เปิดอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวได้และให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน
